Greetings From Subiaco

Location	Subiaco, Western Australia, Australia
Introduction	I was born in the Perth suburb of Subiaco at King Edward Memorial Hospital. I currently live here. I may or may not die here. I am particularly interested in the contribution made by women and children to the history, political, social and cultural life and businesses in the area. This interest came about by someone saying on a history project conducted on another suburb that there were 'no notable people in Subiaco'. After a brief search I found there were many notable people which local streets, parks and places had been named after and in particular by women from the earliest times as Indigenous peoples, missionaries and landowners to the present as business owners and active in local politics and the community. I have included some research and blog posts I wrote on family history and notable people from another context. I hope people find my coordination useful.
