| Introduction | I've been writing in one form or another for most of my life, going back to the family newspaper I used to put together when I was a child. I’ve written poetry and a couple of astrology books (Cosmic Trends published by Llewellyn; and On the Cusp, based on a previous astrology blog I maintained for several years), as well as numerous freelance articles. I have a Masters degree in English, and most of my career has been spent as a high school English teacher. I was born in Boston and grew up near there, having remained a devoted Boston Red Sox fan for my entire life. I am a member of the Ventura County Writers Club, and the affiliated critique group I attend every week has been instrumental in my writing life. I'm here in Southern California with my wife, dog, and two cats, finishing a young adult fantasy novel. |
