| Introduction | Born in Albuquerque, NM, moved to Colorado Springs then to Montgomery, AL. When I was 4 we moved to Alexandria, VA and lived there for 8 years. At 12 we moved to Oak Ridge, TN and I went to Jr. Hi and High School there. I grew up with four older brothers, loved playing with cars and tossing a football. My dad was a colonel in the Air Force, my mom was a 5th grade school teacher. Went to college at Baylor University where I met my amazing husband of over 30 years. I have 5 phenomenal daughters, three incredible son-in-laws, and four absolutely adorable grandchildren. |
| Interests | Being with friends - introducing someone I love to someone else I love, who don't know each other. Hiking outdoors - especially in the woods with lots of birds, wild flowers, little streams, etc. Breathing in crisp fresh air. German Shepherd dogs. Reading. School board member for Franklin Christian Academy. Summer Camp Counselor for the school. Sunday School teacher to 5th and 6th graders, St. Ignatius Orthodox church. Hiking - shooting for every Saturday. Running my household. Doing whatever I can to support downtown Franklin. Learning new things about life, people and my creator. Leading 2 Women's Study Groups on the book "Beginning to Pray" by Anthony Bloom. |
