| Introduction | Persatuan Penyandang Cacat Indonesia (PPCI) Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan or Indonesian Disabled People Association South Sulawesi Province is a Regional Organization of people with disabilities which has a few of organization members that consists of organizations of person who are deaf, blind, physical and mentally disabled. PPCI was established in March 11, 1987 in Jakarta. PPCI Representation in South Sulawesi is a branch office of the PPCI Central Office in Jakarta and it supports all PPCI South Sulawesi’s programme in the field of disabled people social welfare development, especially those living in South Sulawesi. PPCI is an umbrella organization for other organizations of disabled people consists of : physical disabled, deaf, blind and for women with disabilities. |
