| Introduction | I live in a small unremarkable house in a small and lovely country village by a lake. I have my lovely Labrador, my lovely son and my lovely husband and we share this lovely place seeing in the seasons, enjoying the wildlife and getting on with life's gritty little challenges as they come along. Sometimes I have overflowing creative enthusiasm and other times it disappears! Sewing keeps me sane and happy. I love to share sewing time with others and we can share our "stitchey" ups and downs together. I have decided to make a blog to force me into action! No more unfinished sewing projects or I shall surely be enveloped by them all and never reappear! Projects need to be completed. So this blog is about the people I share time with and the things we make. I think both of those are pretty special. |
| Interests | I love my large garden and grow vegetables, fruits and flowers. Nestled amongst them is my timber cabin where I make stitchery things with friends and family. I am not an expert at either but Just enjoy having a go and learning new skills. Trials and errors are all part of the process. I love to share what I know with others. |
