Introduction	David Lee Cummings and Brenten T. Byrd are child advocates with nearly 20 years of combined experience in the service of children. We have founded the Healing Embrace Network to provide information, tools, advice, and other resources to help our fellow advocates assist child victims and adult survivors of abuse and neglect. Through Healing Embrace, we hope to do a little bit of good in the world—for the benefit of innocent victims everywhere.
