Location	Watford, Hertfordshire
Introduction	I wandered into an Anusara class because it fitted my schedule and it blew me away. Since then I haven't looked back, embracing each new training experience open to me and opening myself up to new possibilities. My life has completely changed since I started on this path and I offer special thanks to all my teachers. I have completed over 300 hours of training (and counting!) and a member of the Independent Yoga Network. Teaching is an extension of my own practice, an offering, I do it for the service of my community and to extend the light within me out to all those I meet. I my overall aim is for people to feel better about themselves after participating in one of my classes. I live and work in the Watford area in Hertfordshire. Namaste
