| Introduction | Approaching my 59th birthday, I woke up one morning and realized I no longer loved my work. Reading in an AARP article that 7% of Peace Corps volunteers are over 50 triggered something in my heart. Much paperwork, a lot of patience, and more than one year later, I am on my way to Ghana. It is divine inspiration and not personal choice that led me on this path. I'm not sure what awaits me but I do know that this will be a life-changing adventure! |
