Introduction	Okay, I'll admit it; I'm 45 and the mom of two beautiful young girls. I was a late bloomer in the family department but, boy did I hit the Jackpot! I married my wonderful husband Joe at 39 and we started our family right away. I literally went from my wedding gown to maternity clothes. Now, I'm getting back to me and it feels great! On top of being a wife and mother, I own an all natural shampoo company for kids called oopsy daisy! beautiful baby which keeps me very busy. Now, here is one of my guilty pleasures, reality cooking shows. I've also always loved to host parties so; I've decided to learn how to make my own great cakes. Besides, I've got a lot of kids birthdays ahead of me! I thought it would be fun to share my progress from cake novice to cake master, well here's hoping anyway!
