Introduction	I am a mother, a friend, a business woman, volunteer, educator and life coach. My mind never stops! It is filled with random thoughts..."Do we have milk? Did I get back to that client as promised? Did I close the garage door when I left? Did I put a shirt on today?" ( I once showed up at the gym and began to take off my hoodie, only to realize I had put on my bra, got distracted with something and quickly put on my hoodie, got the gym, only to realize that I had never gotten back to my room to put on my shirt!) All these thoughts pop around in a matter seconds. A wise woman once said that a woman's brain is like a popcorn maker, filled with all these random thoughts so I thought, why not have a blog that honors some of those random pieces of 'popcorn'?
