| Introduction | Lisa Flynn is a yogi Mom. One day, her children, then toddlers, began to mimick her yoga poses. And so it began. She founded ChildLight Yoga which now includes 30 classes per week in the Seacoast area of NH and ME at yoga studios and schools, a kids yoga teacher training, Yoga 4 Classrooms program.
