Introduction	For anyone who has stumbled across this blog I am Huw Edwards-Westlake, born in Lincoln England in 1966. Now I am living and working in the Baix Ebre region of the south of Catalunya, Spain. I have two boys and I am married. I miss little now that I have been out of the England for 18 years, I tend to think that it is because there is little to miss. Perhaps the only thing is the country in itself, rather than the people.
