Introduction	Like the story of many other couples, BYU-Idaho brought us together in the winter of 2008. Ryan was my hometeacher and even though he says he didn't have feelings for me til later, he was very good about getting his hometeaching done every month! Through him fulfilling his calling, we got to know each other quite well and eventually started pairing off with 3 weeks left in his last semester. I met some of his family members at his graduation and it was there where Ryan's brother Rob, helped announce Ryan’s and my relationship status. A family friend, texted Ryan in the middle of commencement and asked if I was his girlfriend. After he turned bright red, (which they could see from where they were sitting) he replied yes. All of this went on without my knowledge. The rest of the night Rob introduced me as Ryan's girlfriend, something Ryan and I still hadn't talked about together. But it worked for we were engaged by the end of June and were married in Salt Lake August 30. Time is flying by as we are approaching a year, but we are happy and loving life!
