| Introduction | I am in what is euphemistically referred to as "middle age". That just means the 20 somethings think you are old and people on Social Security think you are young. I eat pretty healthy but am not a nut about it and I try to stay active without spending all my time on those activities. I love to create with fiber, read books and yes, gasp, even watch TV. |
