| Introduction | In 2008 something happened. My life was unexpectedly consumed by rubbish - or rather, the lack if it! It inspired thousands of other people too. It was fun, totally worthwhile and life-changing, with a whole host of new friends to boot. I wouldn't change it for the world but I know I left behind something I valued...space and time to discuss other subjects too. I still advocate the benefits of the Rubbish Diet, but these days this almost average woman also wants more laughs away from the bin. So pull up a chair and join in. If you're nice there'll be cake too. |
