| Introduction | I live with my husband and youngest daughter surrounded by the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia. Genealogy has long been a passion of mine and I recently became even more enamored when my husband and I were able to travel to the birthplaces of several ancestors in the Couch line. Recently through an application for membership in the DAR, the service record for Samuel Couch was verified and he is now recognized as a Patriot of the American Revolution. I am very proud and honored to play a part in getting the recognition that he so rightly deserves. |
