| Introduction | I own a drive-thru espresso shop and an organic coffee roastery. I love being a Barista and I love to cook. This blog is an attempt to record my cooking endeavors in a small kitchen with a 2-burner hot plate, toaster oven and a microwave. This kitchen can be found in the 650sqft cottage that I share with my French Bulldog Henri. Along with this will be my adventures as a Barista and coffee roaster, as well as any food related things that come up along the way. |
