| Introduction | Hello everyone! I decided to start this blog as a way to help myself stick to my lifelong goal of losing weight. Since childhood I've been a big person and though I have lost a large number of weight a few times in my life; I end up gaining it right back (and then some). I decided this time to share my journey and see if that helps me to stick with my goal. It would also be fun to meet new people that can empathize with the struggle, and get advice I may not have thought of. |
