| Introduction | Father of two amazing kids. I started Aikido at the age of 40. It started as an attempt to start exercising regularly in a manner that would challenge and interest me. I found going to the gym boring. I did research and found aikido to be fascinating. The interesting part of all this is that I seem to be in the minority for martial arts experience. Never in my life had I taken any martial arts. So if I could start at 40. So could you! Go watch a class some time. |
