Introduction	Overcome by my own seriousness, I've always kept to myself that the art I love is imbued with sparkling tiaras, dusty chandeliers, dragonfly wings, and vintage ribbon mixed in with bits of robins' eggs, mermaids' tails, and a mad dash of German glitter. I think, perhaps, it's time to focus on the sparklies in life... and with that in mind, I have designed my blog and web site. I will share my art with you, my thoughts, and sometimes the seriousness that I know I will never escape.
Interests	Antiques, Ancient European History, Classical Art, Architecture, silver, Sevres, Meissen, quality porcelain and china with floral and figural motifs, RS Prussia, cabbage roses, old crystal chandeliers, ephemera, chippy, shabby, peely, girly, things that make me smile.
Favorite movies	The Sixth Sense and The Wizard of Oz.
Favorite music	Classical, operas, symphony orchestras, 60s and 70s music, Hip Hop, Top 40s, Pop, TSO, Folk music, alternative, The White Ts, Augustina, The Eagles... My I-pod is an eclectic mix of all genres EXCEPT God save me from street rap, head banging heavy metal, acid rock, and never ending jazz solos. :P
Favorite books	The Da Vinci Code. All Anne Rice books before she began to explore her lapsed Catholocism through her writings.
