Introduction	We are a group of friends from around the world- Italy, Missouri, Kansas, Germany and Florida- who like to eat and cook. Our Convivium started over the hot 2009 Arizona summer, when we would get together and share stories about the foods we have enjoyed around the world. To make things more interesting, we have decided to challenge ourselves to creating dinners from countries picked randomly out of a ziplock bag. We have every continent represented, as well as countries that we lack any knowledge of their cuisine (and even the ones we are doubtful have cuisine to speak of). We alternate the responsibility of making the appetizer, the main course, and the dessert.
