| Introduction | I was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. Hubby,myself and our 9 year old son moved to Thunder Bay in October 1988 and we live on the 180 acre property that hubby's family homesteaded when they came from Finland in the early 1900's. Our two oldest sons eventually moved to Thunder Bay. I now get to make items for them, their spouses along with our 9 grandchildren. Our middle son and wife had fraternal twins on Oct 12, 2008 - Arja was born first and Ty second. Poor little guy will grow up with 5 older sisters. I was shown how to knit and crochet as a young girl and over the years have taught myself to do different things. I fell in love with doing dishcloths in 2007 after having surgery and everyone loves getting the completed ones as gifts. We also breed and show Pug dogs and Cardigan Welsh Corgis. |
