Introduction	A runner from San Luis Obispo...I have a blessed or "lucky" life, hence the SloLuckyRuns title. 40 something, always been a runner, always athletic but not always a fast runner. I do it for the love of running, the anticipation I feel before a run, the groove I hopefully get into during a run, and especially for the feeling after a run. I run in San Luis Obispo California, a beautiful Central Coast community that is close to the mountains and ocean, a college town, healthy and athletic. My goal: increase my mileage and increase my flow....maybe my time but I want to be a life long runner so maybe not so much.
