Introduction	Guerrilla farming is a nonsense phrase but encapsulates my irregular approach to farming and food production. The daylight hours are spent working for an investment bank but dawn and dusk are for tending to the livestock and gathering produce. A full frontal attack on the vertically integrated food business seems out of the question, I will settle for guerrilla warfare. No doubt Tesco’s are already plotting my grisly demise. Jamon libre!
