Introduction | Food has always been a passion of mine. I remember back when my grandmother would bake cookies, and always had them in the freezer to eat. She always cooked, and cooked big meals. My other grandmother was a cooker as well. I guess you could say the women in this family always cooked, canned, and kept our bellies full. I am always wanting to try something new or even attempt new ideas with food. I had Gastric Bypass in June of 2009 as I weighed 456lbs then. I can say to this date I have lost 178 lbs. I did not follow what I was suppose to do after surgery and continued to eat a year after the surgery the "junk". I can say though since May I started going strong to gain control and be healthier. I have lost 24lbs so far doing it the right way. I should have done this a long time ago but that is the past, and I have great support from my husband. I been married to Stephen for 11 years. We were married August 7th, 2001. We don't have any children but are just waiting for god to bless us with a miracle from above. We do have two daschunds Whizzer, and Precious they are our kids. Well I hope you enjoy these recipes as we all do. |
