Introduction | I'm a mostly self-taught electronics enthusiast. I like the process of creating hardware from scratch, and usually end up not using the finished product once it works. I mostly work in the field of audio and synthesizers and do both analog and digital designs. My big project at the moment is a digitally controlled polyphonic synthesizer. In between this I do smaller things like the X68B01 keyboard controller clone for the Prophet VS, the MPG-200 midi enabled controller for the Roland JX-3P and an upcoming kit for converting analog joysticks into midi controllers. My background is as a computer engineer, with some classes in analog/digital design. I have two beautiful children, Roland and Synthia (or rather, that would have been their names if the Wife did not wildly object. I did sneak OSCar past her though, so I'd say I've been fairly successful). |
