| Introduction | Originally from southeastern Wisconsin I learned how to climb at the infamous Devil's Lake. After acquiring a taste for run-out trad climbing I moved west to the desert rock venue of Red Rock Canyon near Las Vegas, NV. After finding out the desert wasn't my place to call home I moved east again to Longmont, Colorado and now call the Front Range my home. I currently coach for The Spot Bouldering Gym and guide for the Colorado Mountain School. I am a certified Single Pitch Instructor and have been formally trained as an AMGA Aspirant Rock Guide. I intend to pursue further certification in the AMGA Alpine discipline as well starting May 2014. Beyond climbing and guiding I enjoy training for climbing, reading about Absurdist philosophy, listening to Neil Young and being with my lovely girlfriend Gina. |
