Industry Publishing
Occupation Writer/photographer
Location Oxfordshire, United Kingdom
Introduction Writing international crime fiction is a great way to combine my interests in all things French and a liking for history and travel. My main characters are two French detectives (male) and two Greek detectives (female) who are intent on preventing the theft of ancient artefacts and works of art out of Greece, Italy and France. Such thefts are often carried out to order and the artefacts sold to museums around the world which do not ask searching questions about their provenance. Such a scenario allows me to do historical research, to describe exotic locations, and to involve the main characters in murder, treachery and romance. My skills as a photographer help me with the descriptions of places and my former career in education helps me to create characters and plots.
