Introduction I live in a world of catchy tunes and catchy colds. I always have a book or two with me and many more on my nightstand and bookshelves. While many book reviewers are stingy with high stars, I am stingy with low stars. I am ready to be pleased by what I read and believe authors are sharing their best work with me. If I do not like a book - you will know it. And if it would bring a blush to my grandmother's cheeks - just know it's probably not my style. To each their own. At home my children laugh with me, my husband encourages me, and my mother wonders what I'm doing. I do what I can to make as many desserts as possible and feed them to friends and family. On occasion I have been known to clog in public because I can - not because I should. I whistle my own theme music and occasionally knit dishcloths like a woman possessed. This is my reality.
Interests I have them.
Favorite Movies Hobson's Choice, Waffle Street, BBC's North and South, Anne of Green Gables, Anne of Avonlea, The Young Victoria, The Best Two Years, The Quiet Man, McLintock, Ichabod and Mr. Toad, Evan Almighty, Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium, Stowaway, While You Were Sleeping, The Scarlet Pimpernel
Favorite Music I like happy music that doesn't swear or yell at me. Also any music that makes me feel like flying, "The Barcarolle" and "Duo des Fleurs" are two of the best.
Favorite Books Too many to name.
