| Introduction | Dr John Chibaya graduated from De Montfort University (UK) with an MBA and a PhD in Holistic Risk Management (SOUTH AFRICA). He is a seasoned corporate banker, University senior lecturer and part-time AIDS counsellor in Gauteng South Africa. John has performed many varied roles ranging from financial accountant to risk management. As well as having considerable practical experience he is also a member of various Institutions. He was the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF ASCENDANCY MANAGEMENT SPECIALISTS. In recent years, as an AIDS counsellor, he has focused on the significance of the AIDS epidemic in the workplace and the loss of many man-hours. In 1994 he began to consider, in detail, the effects of the AIDS epidemic on both business and family. He is a director of several companies in South Africa. John is also the author of 18 published books, written over 20 articles and supervised over 100 MBA students and 3 PhD students. His areas of interest are accounting, banking, risk management, strategic management and leadership. John is a well respected academic, author and motivator in Southern Africa |
