Introduction	An Injured SAHM's Journey that doesn't define her by a scale. After 4 surgeries and yet another injury to my right knee I have decided my journey may not be able to include hard core workouts... more like short bursts of exercise that doesn't irritate the knee. Already Gluten Free because my body hates me when I eat it; I have decided a Paleo'ish style of eating is best for me. I am not a writer, nor do I claim to be one.
