Introduction | I'm a mommy to a wonderful little boy! For almost 2 years I felt like that was all that defined me, but now I am finding that I am so much more than that. I am working hard to get into shape and be a healthy influence on my family. My husband and I are huge Colts fans and we love Peyton Manning, which means now we are cheering more for the Broncos until Manning gets a second ring and the "Tom Brady is better" nonsense ends. I have a lot of interests (mainly different types of crafting, but a few other things as well), which is really evident on my Bucket List: 1) View all 31 NFL stadiums 2) Play a hand of black jack at a casino (check!) 3) Run a mile in under 7 minutes 4) Meet/get my picture taken with Peyton Manning. (this October?) 5) Write and publish a novel. The list is growing, too... I started this blog as a way to journal my exercising without taking up 18 journals (I write. A LOT.), but I thought that if it could help even one other person get up and get moving, than it was worth putting online for others to see. Enjoy! |

You've successfully slain the dragon! How will you toast your marshmallows?
Who needs 'em toasted? They're much less messy when they are unmelted! Less goo=less mess!
