Introduction	Evangelist Monica began Truth Ministries Outreach & H.Y.P.E (Helping Young People Elevate) Ministries in 2002 due to a deep hunger and passion to be obedient to God in helping His people that were going through various difficult challenges in their lives. The purpose, as an outreach Ministry, is to teach and show forth God’s word with truth, love and conviction. The mission scripture is: “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”` Matthew 15:16.
