Introduction	I decided to do a blog this year about winemaking to help document our journey but also to inform others who are going through the same thing for the first time. There is so much information on the net about winemaking, but it can be random at times. Also, there are so many different variations to winemaking that the only way to learn is to experience it. I am in no way an expert. This blog is a compilation of information from my friends, and my experiences thus far. It also helps to have a wife that is supportive of my hobby. That really helps. And she's pretty good at figuring out blogging, as well!

Favorite movies	Sideways, Point Break, Wall Street, Boiler Room, Rounders, When Harry Met Sally, Cliffhanger, Airplane!
Favorite music	Billy Joel, Kenny Rogers, Steely Dan, 80's music, Pink Floyd, Montgomery Gentry. I've also been told I have the musical tastes of a middle-aged woman. Ouch! :)
Favorite books	I read mostly non-fiction. I guess I don't have the patience for fiction, or the desire right now. I would love to read more non-fiction.
