Introduction	I live in the country on 9 acres of woodland. Since 2007 I have been trying to carve out gardens from the woods and landscape the property. I love to grow plants and have owned a commercial greenhouse with my husband for a number of year. I am widowed and have it all to do myself. I have 3 portable greenhouses that I set up in the spring and have started selling few of my extra plants now. In the winter I start most of my plants in the house and have grow lights all over until April when I can go into the greenhouses. I also love to cook and will try most anything once. My poor family have always been my test kitchen.
