Introduction	I have become passionate about food. I believe health begins with what we eat. I think it's important to eat real food, not stuff that comes in a box with ingredients that can't be pronounced. I love to cook. I want my children to grow up healthy. I am a medical professional who believes our medical system is completely backwards and broken. Over the past few years, my views on food and health have made a complete 180 degree turn and I feel better than I can ever remember!
