Which is easier to make a model airplane out of and why: a banana peel or a wet sock?

I'd have to go with wet sock because if it's a sweaty sock- like a soccer sock, for example- and you mold it while it's soaking in sweat and let it dry, it stays that way, whearas with a banana peel, you have trouble holding on to it and it doesn't mold very well- plus you get that nasty banana smudge all over you.
