| Introduction | Life is a journey and so enjoy the trip. Absorb the lanscape, meet fellow travellers, share, learn, grow, evolve. Sometimes I travel through rugged, harsh landscapes; other times beautiful vista unfold around me. Sometimes I have to wrap up warm, dig deep and march on; other times I feel like my soul expands beyond the confines of my body, swirls, mingles and dances with the environment. Always there is a connection between self and all. The knowledge that it is all the same. It just takes a shift in perspective to get a different view. |
