| Introduction | I have over 15 years of leadership development experience. I have worked as a salesperson, trainer and manager in a variety of settings along with advising companies on how to create and implement urban sales strategies. Combining my sales, education, and knowledge of socio-economic and cultural trends, I bring a unique perspective to leadership development. My experience was forged as a teacher, sales trainer, pharmaceutical sales representative, and district manager. I have also spent time as a healthcare instructional designer and facilitator for several large organizations. I have published articles in Future Pharmaceuticals Magazine and have presented at numerous sales and marketing conferences. I hold both a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Arts in Leadership from St. Mary's College of California. Currently I am a Global Executive Master of Business Administration Candidate at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. |
