| Introduction | Writing helps me think and people who know me, well, they really don't know anything about me because no one really takes the time to listen. Be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to wrath is what my Bible tells me so I try to apply that to my life. Kind of like adding apps to my phone, the information contained within it can be broken down and applied to my life. But it's ok because I have come to enjoy my private lifestyle and can see why hermits live the way they do. I would hope that people get inspired to do good works and preserve our American history and way of life. |
| Interests | I am and have always been interested in history. Things and people from long ago, what they did and how they lived just occupies my imagination immensely. If I could pick a time frame of history to live in, I would've been born in 1899. This way, I could experience old tyme life but still be advanced enough to have air-conditioning available when I was old enough to enjoy it. Steam power, early automobiles, of course, the opportunity to build wagons or buggies and to learn from experienced people who knew the old ways; grist mills, sawmills. A time when people were not bound by what education they had. |
| Favorite movies | "Oh brother, where art thou", "fried green tomatoes" for the oldness mostly, "the notebook" again.....oldness, "The Lord of the Rings" and "The Hobbit", "Star Wars" although the "heros" do not impress me: Frodo and Luke fall into the category of Harry Potter. I like the spirit of the movies and the day dream qualities they inspire. Lastly I would say the "Fast and Furious" movies. Again for daydream qualities and for seeing myself as Paul Walkers character; excitable and getting myself into trouble without much effort as well as putting my foot in my mouth often. |
| Favorite music | I like a variety but anything bluegrass will be at the top usually. Music that makes me feel good that encourages imagination and creativity is what I listen to mostly; it could be anything really. |
