Introduction	I enjoy most aspects of my life. I have a career that I was born to do. I am a 36 year old mother of three. My grandmother was convinced that I would be an old spinster when I had not had any children @25. Within that year I delivered my first. In the last 4 have delivered 2 more. I would like to say that I could blame being fat on them. But I will not. I have never been thin. I am at a point enough is enough. Its time to be healthy. For myself and my children
