Introduction	This little blog of mine is a place I created to share tips, ideas and recipes. I have a passion for health and helping others make better choices for themselves and for their families. I work part time in our Chiropractic office during the week and when I am not doing that I am a full time mom of three. I have two in school outside the home and I home school our youngest.
