Introduction	When our mind is calm and cool, we can have a better grasp of a difficult situation and react faster to answer desperate needs. To have a calm and cool mind, we often need to 'go back' to nature and be calmed and cooled by it. So, every now and then, go away from your desks and routines! Catch a glimpse of fresh air! Then maybe.. you can even smell the rain forest while closing your eyes on the seashore.. :-)
Interests	Outdoor activities (camping, bush-walking, absailing, horse-back riding, etc.)
Favorite Movies	Almost everything with Denzel Washington, Johnny Depp or Winona Ryder in it..
Favorite Music	Anything and everything that catch my ear-drums.. at the moment, my favourites are.. ADA Band, Viky Sianipar & Indra Lesmana..
Favorite Books	ADAM by Ramlee Awang Murshid, Harry Potter series, Treasury of Children's Stories by Hilda Boswell..
