| Introduction | Pastor Jack is an ordained minister (28 years) within the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada (ELCIC). He & Val have been serving as VIM and Short Term Missionaries since 1999. Val & Jack have been in mission with the ELCC (Evangelical Lutheran Church in Cameroon) Ngaoundéré, Cameroon in West Africa and ELCG (Evangelical Lutheran Church in Guyana) Georgetown, Guyana in South America. January 2007 they returned to Cameroon for 6 months. March 2008 a return trip to Cameroon for ~ 3 months. They served the pastoral needs of Calvary Lutheran Church in Georgetown, Guyana for 6 months in 2009 and returned for another 6 months in 2010. Pastor Jack has been serving as interim pastor at Pinawa Lutheran Church in Pinawa MB to the present with a return to Ngaoundéré, Cameroon planned for October - January/February of 2012. After spending most of 2012 serving congregations with supply services he and Valerie have returned to Cameronn on January 1, 2013 until May 16th.
