| Introduction | My name is Tom Fallos and I am Sr. Loan Officer and founder of The Fallos Group at imortgage in Arizona. I’d really like to keep it that simple, this blog is not about me. What I’m hoping to achieve here, is an open forum for public opinion on the state of our (your) real estate market, mortgages and your experiences with them, and of course the current economy’s effect on both. I come in contact with the home-buying public every day, so I sometimes have the feeling that I’ve heard it all. Then something comes along that just blows me away and I think “Wow, everyone should hear this!” Hopefully that will happen right here, and hopefully I’ll be able to shed a little light on what a lot of people feel is a very dark subject right now. I just ask that you not only express your anger or excitement, but give me the back-story too. A story with a happy ending is always a pleasure, but I also love a good challenge so fire away!
