Introduction	I live in Southern Portugal with my beautiful wife. No kids, no dogs, just good friends. Spent most of my adult life in some kind of active spiritual pursuit, I've had a few parallel "careers", cook, healer/ shiatsu practitioner, artist, printmaker. I Am very interested in living a life well.( as opposed to rich or large or cheap). I've been into organics and sustainability and local food for 20 years. Lived on four continents and am now finally no longer living out of a suitcase.
