| Introduction | I was recently laid off from a marketing technology company. I know how difficult it can be to deal with a layoff and the prospect of finding a new job. Honestly, it's more than a little scary. I decided to document my journey from unemployment to employment for a few reasons: 1. Writing things downs helps me to think through problems and focus in on the important bits. 2. The hope that others out there may be able to benefit from my experiences. 3. It keeps me productive.
