Introduction	I am a graduate of the Accelerated Culinary Arts Program at the Culinary Institute of America Greystone in the Napa Valley. My under graduate degree is from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. Bachelors in Food Science and Human Nutrition with a concentration in Hospitality Management. I have interned for Charlie Trotters and currently am a line cook at an upsacle, high volume, Asian fusion restaurant in Chicago.
