| Introduction | I am the mother of two children, Hannah and Carter. Carter is my two year old, who is allergic to eggs and peanuts. When we first found out about his allergy we were definately overwhelmed, scared and didn't know where to begin. Everyday gets easier and our eating habits as a family have changed. I'm always baking and hunting for safe foods for him to eat, it's become a huge part of our lives. Our goal is to keep him safe and happy, not feeling like he's so different from other toddlers. I hope that my blog can be a source of information for other mothers who are dealing with food allergies. |
