| Introduction | Hai is known as highly energetic, innovative, and caring leader that is focused on creating value for all stakeholders in his role as a director of operations for two Hyatt hotels in Seattle, Washington. Born in China, Hai moved to the U.S. when he was eight years old, and grew up in Allentown PA, and later attended the Pennsylvania State University studying Hospitality Management. After graduation, Hai started to work for Hyatt as Corporate Management Trainee (CMT), and continued to progress in various management roles within Food and Beverage division through various brands, properties and locations. Hai has a passion for leading and supporting Hyatt colleagues to be their best while delivering world class service. Hai has been described by past and current colleagues as “caring”, “fun”, “mentor” and “hard working”. Hai and his wife enjoy traveling to new places and exploring cuisines and dining experiences around the Globe. |
